Terms of Service

The rules for using AIImageEditor.pro, buying credits and using the images you edit.

Last updated: November 2, 2026

These terms apply to aiimageeditor.pro, run by the AIImageEditor.pro team ("AIImageEditor.pro", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

AIImageEditor.pro is an online AI image editor. You upload up to five photos, or none, write an instruction, and a third-party image model (such as GPT Image 2.5, GPT Image 2, Nano Banana 2.1, Nano Banana Lite or Grok Imagine) returns an edited or new image. The AI to Real tools run one photo with a prepared instruction. Results are produced automatically, so faces, hands, text and details are not guaranteed to be accurate, and the same instruction can give different results.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits.

What you may upload and create

Upload only images you own or have permission to edit. You must not upload or create:

an image of a real person without their consent, or any sexual or suggestive image of anyone under 18;
sexual or nude images of real people;
images that harass, threaten, defame or demean anyone;
images meant to deceive people about real events or to make a real person appear to do something they did not do;
images that infringe someone else's rights, or are otherwise illegal.

Photos may be checked automatically before an edit runs, and the image models apply their own content rules. A photo that fails our check is refused before anything is charged. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.

AI pictures and honesty

The AI to Real tools make generated pictures look more natural. They are not designed to defeat AI-detection systems and we make no claim that they do. You are responsible for labelling AI-generated or AI-edited images where the law or a platform requires it.

Credits and payment

Each edit costs a fixed number of credits shown on the button before you start. A failed edit returns its credits automatically.
New accounts receive 5 free credits once, valid for 365 days. They can be used for any tool and have no cash value.
Credits are sold only as one-time packs; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Pack credits are valid for 365 days from purchase. Pro bought as an account's first purchase includes bonus credits once.
Prices are in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Refunds are covered by the Refund policy.

Your images

You keep any rights you have in the photos you upload. Subject to these terms, the law and the rights of others, you may use the images you create, including commercially. Because results come from AI models, similar images may be produced for other people, and we cannot promise that a result is free of third-party rights. Uploaded photos are deleted after 7 days; results stay in your account until you delete them.
