Failed edits

If an edit fails (the model could not finish, or the job timed out), its credits return to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask. A photo that fails the content check is refused before any credits are charged.

Results you don't like

AI results vary. Because every edit costs us money with the model provider, credits spent on an edit that completed are not refunded. If a result is clearly broken (for example a blank or corrupted image), write to us with the image and we will return the credits.

Purchases

• No subscriptions: every pack is a one-time payment, so nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
• Unused packs: if you bought a pack by mistake and have not used any of its credits, email us within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
• Used credits are not refundable.

Where the law of your country gives you more rights, those rights apply.

How to ask

Email support@aiimageeditor.pro from the address of your account with the order date. A person reads every message, usually within one working day.
