Privacy Policy
What AIImageEditor.pro collects, why, who processes it and how long it is kept.

This policy explains how aiimageeditor.pro, run by the AIImageEditor.pro team ("AIImageEditor.pro", "we"), handles personal data.
What we collect
- Account data from Google sign-in: your name, email address and profile picture.
- Images you upload and the results the models return, with the instruction you wrote and the model you chose.
- Payment records from Stripe: what you bought, when and the amount. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, actions in the editor, device type, country (from the IP address) and approximate time on site, used to run and improve the service.
- Support messages you send us.
Why we use it
To run your edits, keep your history, process payments, prevent abuse (for example repeated free accounts), answer support requests and meet legal obligations.
Who processes it
- Cloudflare hosts the site and stores images (R2).
- Supabase hosts the database.
- Google provides sign-in.
- Stripe processes payments.
- APIMart and kie.ai run the image models: the photo and instruction of each edit are sent to one of them to create the result.
- SeeAPI may check uploaded photos for prohibited content.
They process data only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
Uploaded photos are deleted 7 days after the edit. Results and instructions stay until you delete them in My images or delete your account. Payment records are kept as long as tax law requires. When you delete your account, your images and personal data are deleted, except records we must keep by law.
Your choices and rights
You can download or delete images in My images, export your data and delete your account in Settings. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct or object to processing of your data; email us to use them.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for sign-in, security and language. We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Children
The service is not for children under 13, and buying credits requires being an adult.
